The values we're actually hiring for
- Sincerity. You are constitutionally unable to be at peace with low-quality, inaccurate or half-finished work.
- Hunger for quality. You push a deliverable until it is genuinely good, not until it is just done.
- Proactiveness and self-drive. There is no bandwidth to manage or remind you. You manage yourself.
- Hunger to learn. If you feel you already know enough, this isn't for you.
Please read before applying
- If you're preparing for civil services or higher studies and want this as a part-time cushion — please don't apply.
- But if you seriously prepared for civils or any competitive exam and it didn't work out — you're exactly who we'd like to hear from.
- This is not a role to settle into for years. If you want to outgrow it — apply.
Before you apply. Keep your CV ready, and write your Purpose Statement for the next 2 years — honest, personal, written by you. Not what you think we want to read. It is mandatory.
