Selected Projects
Endline evaluation of the MHM Programme implemented in Amravati district, Maharashtra. The programme targeted two blocks — Dharni (remote tribal) and Teosa (accessible plain) — covering 80 villages and reaching approximately 20,000 adolescent girls and women.
Used a mixed-methods comparative cross-sectional approach with 417 respondents (237 adolescent girls, 180 adult women), including FGDs and Key Informant Interviews. Compared project vs. non-project villages and baseline vs. endline outcomes.
Outcome evaluation of the Vijayatai Lawate SRHR Fellowship in the Mulshi block of Pune. The program trained 6 fellows who conducted sexual health education sessions in 52 schools across the region. Evaluation used the KBA Model (Knowledge, Behaviour, Attitude) with paired t-tests and Cohen's d analysis.
Analysis and insights from STEM Aptitude and Interest tests to understand what drives girls' participation and performance in STEM education. The project used data science approaches to identify patterns, barriers, and enablers — helping Transform Schools build evidence-based pathways for gender-equitable STEM learning.
Evaluation of a vocational training initiative in Aurangabad for 480 marginalized youth in hospitality, plumbing, electrical, solar technology, and nursing — funded by TDH Germany and Volkswagen Employees Foundation.
Used online surveys (Kobo Toolbox), FGDs, stakeholder interviews, non-participant observation, and Python TextBlob sentiment analysis of student feedback.
